NovaCan Live Seafood is proud to be among the newest members of Taste of Nova Scotia! NovaCan approached Taste of Nova Scotia in an effort to help build on the continued awareness for live snow crab that is available to Nova Scotians, right from their door step. With a mandate to enroll members that are committed to “offering the very best culinary experience Nova Scotia has to offer”, our vision and goals are very closely aligned as we market our products world wide.
By being able to proudly display the Taste of Nova Scotia brand, we hope to show confidence to our customers that our product, practices, and distribution efforts are in-line with policies required of all Taste of Nova Scotia Members.
This partnership will also play an important role in helping to educate Nova Scotians as to the health benefits of eating live, fresh product that comes from the healthiest waters in the world; that of the North Atlantic and from their door step. Pride of product is significant in the fishing industry here in Atlantic Canada, and we are looking forward to sharing more of our story. We also hope to connect with other Taste of Nova Scotia partners to help demonstrate to consumers a solid understanding of how to fully enjoy this product, from local Chef’s, to the cook at home, we look forward to being a part of the Taste of Nova Scotia team and opportunities!
